Vinduro's Suspension Setup Recommendations (Vinduro - Dwight Rudder)
Discussion related to Vinduro's Suspension Setup

Using Vinduro's guidelines from the above links:
Front suspension static sag should be 14% of available travel
Front suspension rider sag should be 25% of available travel
Rear suspension static sag should be 11% of available travel
Rear suspension rider sag should be 34% of available travel

    On 2008 and earlier bikes:
    Fork travel = 300mm:
    Static sag @ 14% = 42mm
    Rider sage @ 25% = 75mm

    Rear travel = 320mm:
    Static sag @ 11% = 35mm [note: 10% = 33mm]
    Rider sag @ 34% = 109mm [note: 32% = 101mm]

    On 2009 and later bikes:
    Fork travel = 300mm:
    Static sag @ 14% = 42mm
    Rider sage @ 25% = 75mm

    Rear travel = 296mm:
    Static sag @ 11% = 33mm
    Rider sag @ 34% = 101mm
