He really wanted a 2 stroke. Just came off a KTM350. We ride tomorrow, AJP and Beta.

At the Checkers race this last weekend in Barstow, I saw at least 3 FXs including one that was owned by a guy who parked right next to me. It looked brand new, as in so clean I asked him if he'd even gotten it dirty. He chuckled and said he had, but that was about it. Mentioned that he hasn't event set the sag yet the suspension is so good.

The one thing he said was that it feels like a 2 stroke the way it rides and delivers power. He passed me about 4-5 miles in and I never saw him again until he loaded it up after the race. Looked like he was just cruising through the bumps and rocks like nothing. And I might add this gentleman was a larger guy than me. Not fat, but taller and broader than my 6'1" & 210lb.

Heading to a dealer ride day for the new WR250F March 8th. Can't wait to see if the bike is as good as the hype.
The dealer is also a Sherco agent & will have the 300 2T(which I've ridden before) there to compare bikes. Should be a fun day.

For me though, I want to see how it compares to the 300 2stroke. My son gets the YZ250FX & I'm still on the fence... I know I like the FX, but something about the 2 stroke
