I can't remember what size hose clamp sorry. The bolt looks around M8. The steel bracket was just an off cut I had laying around. Any sturdy angle will do. It just needs to provide a connection point to secure the clamp to the bike subframe. I've done thousands of km with this setup now and I've never had an issue.
