I think I'm out. Just had our second child in February. I can't afford to get busted up.

2012 TE310 with stock te ecu 4 pt injector and spark arrester on muffler end The 2012 Leo Vince stock exhaust has more free flow than older xlites TE310s.. , tps set to 962 mv wot at 103%

I now have 108 111 108 and the surge is almost gone. Pretty smooth below 10 mph under 3000 rpms. smooth and fast in mid and wot. Just a little bog at 3000 rpms while trying to hold the throttle steady. If I race through the gears it feels fine., plenty of power and very little popping on decel. I read on other posts that the map stutters at 3000 rpms. here are a few links explaining the problem, http://www.thumpertalk.com/topic/912433-11-310-cpuinjection-upgrade/

A little richer than me but only 1 or 2 points on CO1. I run the stock SA in a Arrow TI muffler.
Still would try TPS WOT @ 102.3

Thanks for the info R Little. If its not smooth now, I will try to go to 102.3 as you suggest.

Hi guys, I am using I-Beat, too. It works well, I can set up the CO-setting as well as the TPs, but where can I find a manual wghich tells me waht are the default values or is everything trial an error. I have mounted the stock muffler, removed the catalyc converter and just want to get my bike (TE 310 Mj. 2009) better running without stalling a low rpms. Thanks in advance Michael

    Mike,

Tough to say man I am struggling with the same myriad of settings and getting only minor improvements but my low end bog is still there in tight riding. I have tried a few different settings, not convinced any of them made the big difference. My issue seems to rear its head when I slow down and bike is running hot, the bog is bad then. The best thing I did i think to help it was install a 12 T front sprocket with the 50 out back, and a mid west clutch lever so i don;t get left hand cramps from fanning the clutch.

    Right now I am setted at 102.1 @ 977MV and 102,106,100

    Previously I was at 102.4 @972MV and 108,102,101

While the above have all got me running great on open single track, as soon as I get into slow stuff and heat comes up it starts to get boggy

Set the TPS to 102.3% at WOT warm engine.

    Set CO's from there.
