Dibs.
As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!

I didn't notice anything other than the beautiful red headed motor.graphics look kinda goofy but that motor looks as though it will RULE.
If you are going to have bikes & people from your shop there on Nov 5th & Nov 6th - then the details need to be in post #1 - and/or the title needs to be changed again so people can plan accordingly....NOV5th- 11th.So its firmed up now we will have bikes and people there during that time and with any luck some Husky folks and a couple more bikes may just be there also...
This year I might actually drop by your shop before the gathering. When it gets closer to the event, I will follow up.We will be there in full capacity Nov 7th -11th ,I know last couple of years people showed up for the entire week ,since it is an informal gathering of mostlty Husky riders.

great to see there Mike!I do have 165 kits in stk!!My son and I will be there Thursday evening till Sunday. Should be a great time!
OK Folks it is time to chime in with who is going! I have at least two and as many as 4 coming in a motorhome from Western Montana. At least 3 165's with 3 different combinations of setups for anyone to try. Kelly will have his there with the Doma exhaust to tantalize us with something we can't find. I know Bill will be there with his batch of great bikes. I can't wait to try the new 650 on the pavement and the new red head txc 310.
I GAURANTEE it won't be dusty.....
What could you possibly have to do that would be better than be there for all the fun, bs, riding, and beer.
There will be lots of them to test ride until you can't say no to Bill.great to see there Mike!I do have 165 kits in stk!!![]()
