OK you bas
s, If this keeps up I will have to get this kit!!! Not upgrading bikes at this time may have to think about this****************************************

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!
The full WB165 kitted Husky, will make the GG 200 seem weak!Well it all evens out Xcuvator..Walt may have saved me the price of a 2012 GG 200.
John Kearney is trying to pin down FMF for pricing, etc. I have another buddy who is going to build a jig to mount all the parts and do the welding(yes I suck at welding thin sheet metal). Hopefully we can keep the price down within reason.
Yeah I kinda figured that today as I was power wheeling through the gears with the 125 Fatty on it.

I actually dropped my main jet 2 sizes with the 165 kit. Everything else the same. What is the difference in fuel consumption between the 144 and 165?
Got in touch with Eric Pirie today. He says they should have some of the pipe guards next week. He is supposed to call me when ready.
Will do. I've been a bit swamped with work the last two days.Norman,
Can you post a pick of the pipe/guard combo?
I beleive it will still be the same My son gets the same gas milage on a 125 as I do riding a 300
We will see this weeken as this will be the first real race test for the 165 We are going to round 3 of the Nationals, 100 mile hare and hound in Idaho Will post a report next week
First FI bike so I am a bit nervous working on it. I am anxious to take it for a spin.View attachment 15149
Thanks for the heads up! Anything else that I should replace right away? Besides normal protection and stuff. I was thinking a magnetic drain bolt would be a good idea. Any special tools needed? I suppose I should go to the other side (four stroke forum) and poke around a bit.
Check the flywheel bolt is tight and also make SURE the oil feed line to the head is turned as far counterclockwise as it will go then tighten the banjo bolt. I safety wired mine too. You do not want to kick the line and loosen the bolt and blow all of that .9qts of oil out of the motor.
When adjusting valves...be very light on the torque when you replace the valve caps...like 45in/lb max.
I have I-beat if you need it.
Have fun...I rode a TXC310 at Sandy Lane and liked it a lot. It ran very clean with the 12 port injector and ECU.
Seems most of the bugs are worked out.
The new x-lights turn great!
