Darn. Ok. I’ll continue to play around. Maybe a solution will present itself.

Is your bike warmed up? Is there a red button you could click on to get communication?

Dealer George @ Uptite did iBeat on mine. I have done CO. and TPS
    On my 2012.

So. The bike is warmed up. I did some googling today and found on other forums that the CO option is grayed our because it is a 2008 model. I also read that I need the actual o2 sensor installed to make changes to the FB. So as others have stated here, I may have just purchased a real expensive paper weight. Bang my head.

I would guess you'll only have to replace the O2 sensor and re-connect it.

My 2012 has the sensor removed and is able to be adjusted. I seem to remember my dealer re-installing the sensor to work on my 2008 TE250. He even got it to adjust with the Athena kit 300cc which had a piggyback ECU. Where are you located.?

I’m in Montana. I’ll see if I can pick up a used sensor somewhere.

Thanks for all the great info. I’m currently looking for a sensor. I’m thinking I might be better off getting the jd tuner however. With the 08 it seems like there’s more options for adjustment.

finally, after many tests, with a new diagnosis VAGCOM KKL and with your very important help I managed to make the IBEAT diagnosis system work.
    I'm really happy
thank you all for the support and sharing.
Now I have to understand how to intervene without doing damage.
for now I have deleted a whole series of errors of the water temperature sensor

I do not think yours is a normal situation. the new TPS must be set to 0 can you put a picture of your screen at the lowest engine speed?

Yea it is indeed not good... Measured it and goes from 4.2V (throttle closed) to 0.9V (fully open). I contacted the seller...

I do not understand what this screen refers to.
maybe it's the use of the lambda probe at various engine speeds? 20171223_162400.jpg

Those are the long term fuel trim adjustments the O2 sensor has made to the fueling. These probably occurred when the bike was new and did not have the PU plug installed. I don't know if they are still affecting the fueling after the O2 is removed. I wish we had access to a real Mikuni FI expert...
