Where did you get your radiator braces from. I just picked up a 310 and need to get it ready for the next race. Thanks

Should be able to get them from 7602 or Motosportz.

Enduro eng has some but you should use a cafe husky site sponsor.

Just make sure they fit the newer fan design for later models.

The ones I received had the fan mount holes farther up and I had to rework mounting the fan.

Hope this helps. PS 310R is awesome bike. I am alot faster on it than my 144 and my WR250.

GDR, is one of the best suspension companies. This thing turns on a dime and is plush! I am really picky and they dialed it perfect.

possibly, there should be a black plastic holder for the front brake line. That may be it........

Well getting 7602'd again. I have the new ignition cover with the bearing/clutch cover coming in the red.

These new covers are sweet! Looks like A+ fit and finish!

Thanx for getting the order out Clay and will get some pics posted on bike, as soon as they are installed.

Thanx, he does put out nice stuff. Hoping they might be @ home when I get there tonight.

So far, knock on wood. This is my favorite Husky, ever owned. You do have to have someone do their boinker magic, but once that's done, it just rips and carves like butter.

Sad to say, this bike might vanish after this year.

    Thanx Coffee!

Yeah, Got the covers tonight and got them on. Just couple of pointers taking stock ignition cover off with bearing on crank. They are a bear to get them off! I bought two large hose clamps to put around stock ignition cover to pry off equal on both sides. I dont know if crank bearing, gasket, or dowels make this cover hard to remove. I will not use screw drivers or hammer to get it off. So install hose clamps on opposite sides so you lift, under the threaded nut part, of the hose clamps. That saves the gasket to re use if you go easy and are careful.
Also, your stator wire should be routed after install with the stock wire tie, behind the clutch line. Mine was between the clutch line and exhaust. It was shrinking from the exhaust heat.
I've had this cover off before to polish it and also found a wire on the flywheel pick up pinched under the bracket. The wire was squished. So on install be careful not to get one caught under pick up bracket.

Covers are A +. Ignition cover, looks like they beefed up the bearing area over stock, inside and out. Even has new bearing pressed in it from 7602.

Clutch cover is built more durable as well.

Will get pics posted tomorrow but covers look bad with the red/black sprocket, red 7602 case saver, TM chain guide and also the black skid plate I made with red anodized breast plate.

Probably, anything on the 310 is popular.

The tires still have sharp edges on them! lol I am on my second set of tires already and I've only got maybe 8 hours on mine so I know you must not be riding it that much.

She's just ready to tick to 15 hours on it. You must be riding in stone quarries.
