Hi, just wondering if anyone has experienced difficulty in removing the air box cover to expose the air filter? Only 3 of the 7 bolts have spun out on my 630sm and th remaining 4 are free spinning. I need to re attach the crank case breather hose which has come loose and is spitting oil down onto the rear fork. Thanks!

It can last for years without problems
it is necessary not to tighten the fixing screws "too much"

Yup, had the same problem, it was a pain in the ass to get them out. When I got them out, glued the nut in the case, greased the bolts and hand tightened them. Also an impact gun does magic! (to get them out)

This is the problem in my opinion. I've never had any issue with mine in six years.
