Thanx guys! Hopefully will get her buttoned up soon.

?????? Not sure if I like the WR125 Decals I made for the swingarm???? I kinda might like the plain swingarm look?

I also just cut the red rubber tubing to lay over the rear brake line, not fond of it either??????

    Thanx!

Yeah, sometimes I think plain is better. I don't like them too over done. You know, like some of the freestyle bikes.

I finally got the engine assembled and in the frame. Well, I did a bad move and had to take the crank seal back out on the ignition side. While tapping it in. I thought that there would be a lip in the cases that the seal would seat in. There is not and I tapped it in too far. I popped the seal back out and now I don't trust the seal to do it's job. I am better safe than sorry, so I ordered a new one. I also had a bee of a time getting the kick starter spring to cooperate with getting the clutch case on. It took alot of time, but I didn't make it all this way to force it on and break something. Plus, the graphics aren't here as well. CLOSE BUT NO CIGAR!

I put a new wiper seal on the hydraulic clutch arm and also got the hydraulic clutch mounted. I got the carb fitted up with the 5.0 slide and RM needle. I also installed new hoses and put on hose clamps. I took my top vent hoses up to a tee to run them in the air box. My case saver was all rusty so i made a new one out of aluminum and polished it.

I also modified a set of 09 WR 125 frame guards to work on this 06, just like I did on my 08 WR250.

I slit (4ways) the ends of my lower carb vent hoses so they won't pack with mud.

This is how I run my top carb vent hoses in the air box. I use a fuel filter to filter dirt for my carb vent hoses. When I clean my air filter, I pop the hose off and hold it up to my fuel petcock, then rinse it out with gas, to clean it. Then I blow it out with air and re install it.

I installed the Bark Busters and Hand Guards I kept off the RM.

I mounted up a set of OFG radiator braces. With a little trimming, I installed a new set of radiator fins.

I had to use the stock pipe since there is a fitment issue with the Dyno Port pipe. I went ahead and painted up the stock pipe and mounted it. I will re-visit the Dyno Port at a later date.

I also painted the water pump housing and power valve governor cover black.

I bought all new bolts for this engine and most of the frame. I wanted the bolts to look as good as the rest of the work.

Thanx for the compliments guys! The frame guards are 09 WR125 stock. I trim them, drill two holes and use a black zip tie on the bottoms. The tops were zip tied on anyways. Around the rear brake master cylinder, I use a zip tie on the backside. I believe they run about $19 for a set.

I don't think the pictures really show it off compared to standing next to it.

    [IMG] WOW!... Looks Great...

I can't remember the last time I had a towel under my bike on the stand...
Wait a minute...never! Just bustin...Your work speaks for itself, and your probably right
    pictures don't do it justice.

Tech side - do all these vent hoses hook up to internal cavities that vent the whole carb or does each hose do a specific area? Should all hoses be tee'd up and also run down?

If there are common internal cavities, than I would think your top-two-up is the hot setup.

Haven't done anything with the hoses yet...

Thanx Paktm! When you gonna change your name to PAHUSKY? I am not an expert on this since I learned this from other CH members and hope I am doing it the correct way? My thinking is, that there are two on boths sides of the carb. One is to work as a drain if you fall over (Which I do alot) and the other is to vent. That is why I take the top two up into the air box.
