As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!
Motranqui, I have a SWM dealer at a 20 minutes drive. If necessary, I am glad to help (I live in Italy too).
Rotax, I think you misunderstanded me (probably because of the laguage) The rivets are not 1mm wider than the original ones. The rivets at first was also 6mm wide, but the crazy "mechanic" instead of bend its upper part in a "umbrella shape" he smashed the rivets inside the housing holes... that's why the rivets now are 7mm wide and the area around the holes is broken... due to the huge presure...
I'll go to the dealer next week, and i'll get back the parts' numbers and prices. It would be fine to find out if SWM rivets are like the old ones in the pic (the ones bellow). If it is the case, I will order them to SWM... if it would be possible to order them directly

“without a good mechanic you're in trouble. Do it alone.”
Agreed. You seem to have a good enough grasp of what’s needed to finish the job yourself. Either way, I’d lose that “mechanic” asap.
Good luck and let us know how it turns out.
All right, prices are as follows:
-Clutch basket: 232.00 €
-Rivets: 2.20 € each
-Cup washers: 12.08 € each (lol)
-Clutch basket complete assembly: 463.00 €
You have to add at least 20 € for the shipment.
Dealer said that it's possible that SWM doesn't sell the pieces singularly (I personally doubt that but YNK). Let me know, the shop is Trento off road. If you want to contact them, you can do it through me (I'm not sure about their English), or you can email them directly. I've provided the link to the email service on their website so you don't have to look for it.
Here, through Spain Husqvarna's dealer:
-Clutch basket: 315.00 €
-Rivets: 1.20 € each
-Cup washers: 10.70 € each
They want 10.70 € each for washers!and a fair amount of them have been proven to be poor quality.
I had a company make them as a one off job from tool steel, and they charged me £75 delivered, the ones other members have had made in bulk orders were even cheaper! They want £115 for a full set, and will charge for delivery
Youd have to be out of your mind, or rich and careless to order OEM washers if you can find custom made ones considerably cheaper.
can you check with Spanish dealer if they can get a trust washer for the transmission? I tried to get one here in USA and it's not available
part number 1513 71401
they sent something else but it looks anodized or zink plated, not sure its a good quality
it may be different for 630? part #11 on the picture

That sucks... I just confirmed the shifter binds with spacer removed... Washer they sent looks like crap, I can't find any used ones except a complete transmission for $300
