So I have a 2012 TE310 with 47 hours and 1200 miles on the clock. First valve check last night and they are all just out of spec on the loose side. The measurements are as follows: Left exhaust is at .285mm/.011 inches. Right exhaust is .305mm/.012 inches. Left intake is .18mm/.007 inches and the right intake is .16mm/.006 inches. Pretty much all of these are just out of spec and I have been feeling a slight loss of power off idle with some top end noise. I don't have shims so I guess I will be taking it in to the shop to have the valves adjusted. So is it normal to have all the valves out of spec with 47 hours like this? I know we should disregard most everything salesmen tell us, but every dealer I have spoke with brags about the Husky valves holding spec very well. Maybe I am just lucky...?
