Yah, right. Bikes are never "finished".![]()
Haha, you make a good point. Let me re-word that; I'll post pictures when I'm happy with my bikes appearance instead of being completely stock

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!

I tried to use 7602 rad guards on my 630 they pushed the fan back next to the valve cover and couldn'tGot those beauty last week... I'm happy with the radiator braces.. did the job very good yesterday in the mud
Well i didn't purchase them.
They are homemade and the last thing bolted on.
so I finally made an order for the power up kit...which took a bit of convincing cause the dealers here aren't used to people asking for these things. kinda ironic since we're a pretty much anything goes country in terms of emissions. surprising that I may be the first one to ask for them :/
aaaanyways...can't wait for it to come in!!![]()
It's not actually purchased yet, but...... I just talked to Berg at Backroads Moto and he is going to make up a right side rack for my Wolfman saddle bags that works with a single exhaust can and moves the rack in toward the center of the bike.
I did get the rack but haven't installed it yet. That will change in the next week or so as I have a long ride coming up. I've been going rackless for a while just for fun. The rack looks perfect when I dry-fit it. I don't think there will be any issues bolting it up. I will carry a rotopax water or fuel can on the right side, and that's why I wanted the rack tightened up.
I think this was a one-off. Berg asked how much I wanted the rack moved, and I made some suggestions regarding the angle of the front brace in order to prevent it from obstructing the plastic side panel (as I recall I asked for it to angle down just a bit). Berg did a great job and I'm sure he could, and probably would, make additional units for single exhaust 630's. I'll try to get some pics posted by the end of this weekend. Is this a one off thing or can we order the rack this way too?

A new cross brace was part of the package, and it extends behind the fender. The old cross brace actually fit my new home made TR650 Wolfman style racks perfectly, so it's in use now. Thanks Ken,
Did you also have the rear cross brace made to connect each side bracket behind/underneath the rear fender? Photos would be fantastic if and when you have time since these could also be used along with your instructions to Berg.
Is that the new design? How much did it cost and pleaee let us know how it holds up?
