    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

As of now, 2010 450/510 bikes and all 2011 bikes do not have a shop manual. I will periodically check to see if they become available.

Got the service manual to work, I think you have to Open and then Save.
 
I have pretty much every TE/SM 630 document you need on my own FTP server. Hit me up via PM and I'll give you what you need to download it from me.

I'm also willing to consolidate all of this stuff right on my FTP server, so it's all in one place. No ads, no confusing page to hit the wrong buttons on, etc.
 
Excellent. This would be good in the technical section so it's saved for future reference.
 
Okay as for 2011, there are no shop manuals available yet, however the 2010 te 250 one should work for the mean time. I can get two stroke stuff as well, let me know what you guys would like to see reguarding that and I'll see what I can do.

I would think that the 2010 TE/TXC 250 would probably get you by for a lot of stuff until the 310 becomes available.
 
I actually have the 2011 250/310 workshop manual, but I have no way to post it and I am not very tech savy. I can burn it and ship it easily since I ship just about every day.
 
Mike, I can email you some pretty detailed instructions (with pictures! :D) on how to upload it to my FTP server. Once it's up there, I can make it available for anyone that wants it.
 
I updated the list to include all available two stroke spec sheets and service manuals. Anything that is not listed up there is not yet released, or is not currently available for download. If somebody has a service manual that isnt listed above definatly let me know and I can add it to the list! I will try and see whats up with the availability of the 2011 manuals, might take a while though.
 
A 2009 WR125 shop manual would be nice also! It's the first bike I have had that I couldn't get a shop manual for it. Sad.
 
I was looking at the shop manual for Kwak KX 250 and its all there - the torques, the exploded diagrams, the measurements, the tolerances etc and so on. Its great as you could actually build the whole bike from a box of bits and the book.
I'm having dificulty finding torque figures for bolting up suspension!! If I could access your 2010 TE 450 and a 2011 TE 310 shop manual that would be very much appreciated.
