heinen's has a pretty bad rep, if it wasn't for their pricing, i doubt they would have business.
i bought my bike from them back in april, sad to say my warranty which is a joke in the US anyways that they only offer a 6 month warranty on a 8 grand bike, is ran out and just 2 weeks ago my transmission on my smr510 took a dump...
long story short, i ve had issues with my bike since day 1, and should have followed the advice from some friends and returned it as a lemon... didnt want to do that and waited a month for a shop in SC to fix the bike up, after i got it back, it still ran like crap, leaked oil out of every possible location, and am currently on a complete tear down mission of the bike to assess the damage done, i would never recommend heinens as a dealer, they are quick in taking your money, and perform little to no testing before a bike is shipped out, which is sad that they handle 1200+ mile transactions like that.
anyways, my experience with them is awful and i would try to get your money back and go for a local dealer, pay the extra money, but get better service and easier access to help.
my 2 cents
