After dartyppyt said the Dyno Port pipe was the cat's ass for a 144, I knew it was time to get one. I've had good luck with Rich Daly's pipes on Husky 250 and 125's in the past. I took my '09 WR144 over for Rich to fit the '98-'02 pipe up to the newer bike. He made up 2 pipes for me, one will go to Joe Chod. Rich test rode the bike and decided it would work better with a smaller bore carb, so he machined and installed a 36 mm sleeve into my PWK 38. He didn't have the Keihin jets and needles to play with, but gave me specific instructions. I set it up to his specs today and all I can say is.... Wow! More power everwhere.... bottom, mid and top. I was really suprised by the top end boost. Right now, it's hard to imagine how much better a CR150 could be. I'm not sure I need a Husaberg TE250 either!
