• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

AJP in the house...

Crap now I'm totally humming "going the distance" in a harmonica sound. You guys suck. :>) BTW there should be a hilarious vid of a conversation on Blakes Gopro after we lost Rollie and Travis. Might be youtube gold.

Totally playing it now on my work computer as I do the data entry ha ha.
I thought it suited the pic better than 'Short skirt long jacket'......not that there's anything wrong with that Ha ha :D

I see a P3 in the near future...My girlfriend rides a CRF230F...excellent bullet proof motorcycle. The problem is she cant touch the ground when stopped. She has to come to a stop lean over then one foot it. The P3 seems like a good choice because better components and a lower seat height of 33 inches...

I showed her the bike and she really likes it.

What's the point of this post?

Because Kelly was humming "going the distance" in his head and that reminded me of a cool video that uses that song. I was trying to post a link to that video in the goofy thread without derailing this thread and it's relevant content to AJP motos.

They are coming out with a PR3.5 which will be a PR3 with full size wheels. It will place it between the 3 and the 4 in seat height.

I can hardly wait for my front tire to wear out. :D

GT216aa but regular sized / not fatty. This with the trails tire on the AJP is going to be crazy good.

Reason for not going fatty? I thought it was the ultimate size specific pinnacle of tire technology ;)
