So I've been looking around and in the span of just less than a week most of the older left over 2011 and 2012 TE449/511 models have suddenly gone poof!
It seems that people are getting wind that under the new Husky ownership this fine machine will soon be no longer and they are getting snapped up. Looks like only one 2012 and a handful of 2013's within 400 miles of me.
I really hope the beancounters and brain trust keep this platform alive and don't kill it so they can take a PDS frame and pumpkin engine and call it a "TE".
Thats a bunch of
if they do.

) for 2014, and the heavy weight 450/500cc engines are new as well and as far as I am being told, they are not KTM based engines. However, I don't get the feeling that these new engines will be of the same quality nor technologically advanced as the Kymco engine. CTS and above swing arm linkage will no longer be used. Sadly, we all know that eventually the engines will be KTM's and these new engines will more than likely be one year wonders and few people are going to want that.
