    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

2006 TE450 in need of radiators

My '06 TE450 radiators have seen better days. My cap side rad sprung a leak somewhere (no dents) and the other rad has a decent dent, although not leaking.

Anyone have some rads in great shape they are looking to part with? I think from '04 thru '08 are the same rads, maybe.

Also thinking about OEM TOYO or the KTM. Not sure.

Who has the low down on what I need?

P.S. repairing them does not seem worth the cost for shipping to say Mylers ($65 a rad + shipping from CA to WA and back). But really I've read a lot about how my year is prone to stress fractures and or repair jobs always end in another leak at some point down the line.

I need a rad fan too, if anyone knows of a good deal.

The Toyo are good, the Alexon are not. The 2006 should have had the toyo radiators. I have heard of several people having good luck with the chinese ebay radiators, there have even been a couple of threads on here about them. They seem to be about half price or less and so far people have been happy with them.
 
Alexons are very brittle. they came stock on my 07 TE 450. Both of them split. I replaced both with Toyos. If those go, I will get the Chinese ones.

I've had some Chinese radiators off ebay for a couple years. Seems like $90 shipped for both. They've held up well and were a direct bolt on.
