I have a 2007 SM 610 and a 2000 610 TE for dirt duty.
I race CMRA and have been wanting to get my tard on the track and was going to build my SM610 into doing race duty as well as street.
I have been trying to sell my 610 TE because it's too big for the trail riding I do. I haven't had any luck though...
I know a lot of it has to do with gearing and surface, but my TE feels way faster than the SM, and I have been thinking maybe convert my TE to SM and race it.
The TE is a left kicker, no battery, and chain is on the right.
Can I pull the wheels and brakes off my SM for use on the TE? Can I just run the rear wheel backwards to put the chain on the right?
Am I wrong in thinking my left kicker makes more power than the SM?
Crazy silly thoughts.... the guys in first and second overall are both on Aprilias, 550 and a 450.
