    Thanks guys,
Thanks Jeremy at Zipty, finally got my hands on some oil cooler adaptors. All the info you guys are giving me is great. Got the hi flow inpeller kit installed.
I lightened the spring in the throttle body and alhough it is light to operate, I think it is very dangerous as this quad just takes off at the slightest touch so will not be good for rough/technical terrain. I have had some custom springs made so I will be testing then soon.

    Hi Guys,
I am finally at the pointy end of this project and I am having an infuriating problem. After about 45 minutes of riding I am loosing the clutch. I have bled the clutch, fitted the Oberon slave cylinder, rebuilt the master cylinder, tried various fluids, wrapped the exhaust and rerouted the clutch line. I am out of options... please help. The machine goes that well that I have to find a fix for this....

Are you running the stock piston and the stock o ring? I had the same issue many years ago and I now run the zipty slave housing, updated 7602 racing piston and a quadring. Haven’t had any mysterious disappearing clutch fluid since.
