My 2007 TE 250
My te 310r
Where did you get those fork protectors? That is one clean 07!
Almost done! Number plate, fork guards, lower shrouds, and swing arm left! The exhaust is off because im going to wrap that one spot where it sticks out since I snagged a minor burn blister underneath my right thigh from firing her up during an idle adjustment. Fasteners for the shrouds are going to be replaced since it was mix n match of sizes from the owner before me.
found a girl that like riding with me!
She's complete boys! Im loving the 13/49 gearing on this bad girl.
Looks sick, where did you get the new graphics kit/plastics and front fender?
Here's my naked 2009 TE510. Rock solid bike Ive had since 2011. I bought it with 15 miles and now it has almost 3900. It's been in the Stumpjumpers Desert 100 three times and always brought me across the finish line. It's not too shabby for a run to the grocery store either.
Looks solid! Ever since the first time I ran a trials tire I haven't gone back, which one are you running? I currently have the Motoz Hybrid and it's been awesome, long life on it too.
This is my third set of Pirelli MT43's, they hold up really good in the ugly rocky terrain I ride in Naches and Odessa, WA. I love them in everything but mud which renders you immobile! I never have run the life out of a tire because I put a new set on for the desert race each year but they do hold up good. Last year I went back to a knobby (Pirelli MT16) I tore it to shreds in two rides. I'm sold on the MT43's but If I didn't have to have a DOT approved tire I would want to try the Kenda Equilibrium.
The Pirelli MT43's are great tires those are what I ran before I found the MotoZ Hybrid (also DOT approved), I prefer the MotoZ now because the knobs are a little taller and spaced out a bit more and the knobs on the outside fan out a bit more which give me even more grip on the rocky stuff. Like you said, they are terrible tires when it comes to mud haha
Those are sexy tires!! I'm going to have to try those out.
You wont be disappointed!
My 2010 TC250f, bloody awesome bike i love it. Sadly i don't ride it i ride a 2013 CR125, as this is impossible to start when hot and we can't work out how to fix it. I love the power and handling of it. oh well, im sure it may get fixed one day. I hope.
Have you tried pulling the red lever when hot ? I have the same problem with my TE 250. I decompress , kick a few times, then kick hard while twisting the throttle. Works most of the time
What front fender is that?
Any suggestions on some nice looking decal kits for my te250?
Graphics kit is from Decalmx.com. Front fender is from a 2014 Husky FE250
The plastics are from this eBay seller in Italy. I couldn't find anywhere in North America that sells racetech plastics. As far as I know, they are the only manufacturer that still sells White tank plastics for the X lite huskies.
2012 or so YZ250/450f fender.
Yeah always pull the lever, another issue could've been when i rode this bike frequently it was when i was much shorter, i have grown a fair bit since then.
