A new jetting database was created by CH member "dea9" (Dan). Dan took the time to set up the spreadsheet and compiled all of our current jetting entries for 125, 144, 165, 250, and 300 bikes.

Please click on the link below to access the new 2T Jetting Database.
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...dEFWX19TbjlNRHdST2VmTjgyeWpHOXc&rm=full#gid=0

Note: I am closing (locking) the other jetting database threads to help encourage members to enter information into the new database. Please let Dan or myself know if you encounter any issues.

I hope you will enjoy the new layout and the ability to sort by engine size and carb.

    Thanks,
    Matt

    EDIT (10-Sept-2012):
I updated the link above to make the database load into "list view" instead of "spreadsheet view". In "list view", the drop-down options for each header are displayed better. You should also see an edit option for each row in the lefthand column.

    26-Oct-2012: 38 entries

    Dirtrider1,

That's strange. I can open in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and with an Apple Ipad. Try one of the links below to see if these work. The second one is a standard http instead of https (secured). If you still have trouble, please post what type of web browser you are using to access it.

Excellent although you only go to 1998 in the year models and the Silencer needs at least FMF - otherwise excellent!!

I have a 2009 WR300 with the FMF Gnarly pipe and the JD Jetting kit on the aftermarket carb. Does anyone have jetting info for this in a midwest environment? I live in Wisconsin but during the summer it is 70-80 degrees typically. I was getting major splooge then lowered the needle one clip. The splooge is minimal but seems to break up in midrange. It has a relatively fresh top end too. I also notice the bike doesn't start readily which may be a function of technique with that God-awful kickstarter or the fact that I am old. Also the aftermarket carb appears to have one screw adjuster. I am more accustomed to the slide adjuster and air screw typical on other bikes. Any settings on that or how to set it? I am new to the forum so if I should be looking elsewhere please advise me.

My plug is of a very light tan in colour on the electrode however the strap over the top is even lighter and i cant decide if it is of a greyer or lighter brown colour. I've just installed a 144 kit on my CR125 with a procircuit works pipe. The jetting is standard and the needle clip is in the middle, would I be best to raise the needle or go one bigger on the main jet? any advice will be much appreciated, thanks. Lee.
