As previously mentioned, Propietary means Husky paid for the tooling meaning they are the only ones able to sell it. This also goes for the unique Husky rim and spoke setup by excel and has been going on since late 80's-early 90's on Huskys I have owned and also on replacement is OEM only for those until recent years (i.e. UFO, IMS, motoplastic, etc) Joe
I really do not see any reason they cannot develop things like a larger tank when they get around to doing it, and only sell it through Husqvarna. In case someone is reading this that is involved those types of decisions. (hint)
