    Hi Guys. It will take at least 2 months before we get production parts. Regarding Material choice, we have had no damage to or failures of the Stainless Steel ones. It my intention to keep with Stainless for this reason.

    The left side peg is on the bike - printing the right side one now...

    Amazingly - they are strong enough to stand on and use the 1985 first monoshock 4t footrest spring!

    and a little file work [on the bike] and they fit 87-88 and newer than that 4t????

    Some 1985 Single shock 2ts plus all of the 1986 to 1988 bikes plus the 1989 4t A & B. Not the Cagiva based bikes.

    nice work andy, they arent that much different than the earlier ones, but enough that its hard to make the earlier ones work

    Yes, the angle is different and also the pad where they rest on the frame is different.

    Andy, What plastic does the 3D printer use? I tried to get a company I was working for to get one and at that time( 8 years ago) they had ABS as an option.

    Same width as out pre 85 Husky footrests. I think that is about 43mm...

    Anyone know what size the 86-88 pegs were. I know the modern Italian pegs were about 52mm.

    the working area measures about 30mm x 70mm...the italian pegs are a nice size...certainly not overkill

    Peg Dimensions are 44mm wide x about 75 foot pad length. Delivery is scheduled for early February - 100 pairs initially!
