I am happy to finally introduce our radiator braces and guards. After many prototypes and rejected designs I am finally very happy with our braces. Our radiator brace/guard is a modular design allowing you to use it as just a brace, or add a front guard to transform the brace into a full rad guard. We added a 2nd mounting point on the back of the brace that helps prevent twisting in a crash. The right radiator guard also has mounting holes for a radiator fan. We tried to cover all the bases with one brace. We will be doing a Cafe Husky special for this introduction. We will include a free Cafe Husky ceramic coffee mug and sticker with every radiator brace. http://www.cafehusky.com/forums/showthread.php?p=80882#post80882 Since it took so long to complete this project the cafe husky special will also be long. We will run the cafe husky special for the rest of May. Here's a few pics. Thanks for looking. Clay http://7602racing.com/prod_radiator_brace_husky.php [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG]
You know Clay, there is no love for the "bastard child", 610. True, you will not get rich designing them for her, but there would be enough love to make you feel good. Looks nice, but I have the OFG. And you are missing a fastener on the tank to side plate. :snore:
You can always make them black yourself. No love for 610, and no love for the black guards, we can't have everything.
Here are a few more pics for those of you who wanted to see how they look off the bike, and how the front guard mounts up. These pics are of the left side rad brace. Also some pics of the brace and the guard. The guard mounts to the 3 rods that cross the front of the brace. Rear view of left side brace [/IMG] Brace and optional guard [/IMG] [/IMG]
Post #1. This CH special is a free Cafe Husky ceramic mug with a rad brace. About a $20 value when you figure in the shipping.
sweet another product that im going to have to buy! i love the red! soon to be another happy customer!
I like those a LOT. I currently have OFG rad braces. they have DEF saved my rads in more than a couple of crashes. Your design bests the OFG's for at least two reasons: 1. The cage is deeper. I had to trim my factory louvers to get the inside the cage on my OFG's, and they louvers still don't fit just right. 2. The optional front guard. Very well thought out design.
