Not as amazing as your project but it is coming along slowly.

What cha think about my mega work station that i built?

2 42" rollaways,2 side boxs,8" pedestal that i built 2 roller slide drawers under the roll aways, multiple parts bin inbetween rollaways (which are now not rollaways)a custom rollerslide drawer on top on the parts bin and mounted on the backside of the rollaways 3 wall cabinets and to top it off a 1 3/4" thick X 30" deep X 10' long butcher block...can you say sweet?

That's fantastic. Great job there... but I'd say you're being a little stingy with pics of the 430!!

Remember - we're 430 freaks. We don't need much. If you put air in your tires... we want before and after pics!

I would like to do a head similarly, any advice other than .045 being optimal (for race gas only?)?
And maybe a 2 degree squish angle?

I machined my squish angle to 2 degrees.
I also machined the combustian chamber to match the I.D. of the bore.
Ask Picklito about fuel quality with a .045 sqish dim. as i have not put this head to the test yet.

You keep teasing up with these itty bitty pics, we want some full on shots of the whole bike...come on now quite being hard to get!

You need to get some real carbon fiber on this bike, maybe a custom airbox, handle bars, or a carbon fiber gas tank so you don't ding up that nice original.

    Anyway, beautiful work!

Hi instead of having the cilinder resleeved i have mine renewed whit a layer of nicasil, a company in Holland is specialised in this work and they can get the layer up to 0.5mm wall thikness : www.powerseal.nl , the benefit you have whit this solution is that you can run always the same bore diameter, on my fourstroke is it alreaddy the 4th season, and i now guys who have 2 stroke cilinders let done and drive allready 2 seasons and no worn out!
    succes, cheers
