• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Zach Osborne is the real deal....

He's definately on my Husky dream team list too. I really like his attitude in the interviews I've seen with him. He's also a really well rounded fast guy too. I always wonder how these guys would do offroad. Wouldn't it be cool seeing. RC and KW at some races? :)

RC stated he has no interest in off road racing. KW is the coolest MX/SX rider ever, but don't see him doing it. At least McGrath rode Erzberg!

Didn't know that McGrath did that, something else to search for on YouTube :). I wouldn't know anything about racing if it weren't for here and facebook lol

Oh yeah, my Wife stationed w/the Navy EOD Chief that sang the National Anthem at A1.

As soon as they announced his name she was like, "No #$^&HGTR^^%$% way!!"

Makes Mike Brown more the man in my book. Oh, done winning in SX/MX and old, heck lets go win off road races and endurocross. Love it. Wish Doug Henry was not ever paralyzed, he would be the same kinda guy.

Some cool guys riding Erzberg 2005....

Barring an alien abduction, Anderson is going to run away with it this year.

The guys I pull for every weekend though I know they don't stand a chance:

Champion
Canada
Weisbruch
Leib

These guys are all local to the Temecula/Menifee/Winchester/Murietta/Sun City area.

Seely's little Brother works at Temecula Motosports....and does NOT ride! WTH!!!

Wilson, Durham, Roczen and Politelli also used to live in the Menifee area as did Nicco Izzy and RV2 but they aren't local guys. RV2 had a super nice compound near Paloma High School in Menifee.

It's always more fun to watch someone I know race than just another PRO rider ...

With 5 of the first 6 races this yr in CA and with the riders you mention below, CA must be the capital of SX racing in the country ... I gotta see CR22 finish well outside CA before I think he is back ...

Is that Leib the same guy who rode the Husky over in EU to a 11th place finish the only yr bwm put forth that weak attempt at real dirt bike racing?
