It would depend on what your riding preference and local requirements are I guess.
The FX has some parts from both YZ & WR.
It has the firmer YZ suspension, exhaust, air filter and tune.
It has the WR wide ratio gearbox and electric start but no lights.
If you require full registration, then you only have the one choice, the WR.
If not, the FX would be the smart choice in my book based on the reviews I've been following.
