• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

mang i am aroused,,,,,,nice photos,,,, both Meo E2 and Seb E3 did so well in GP France on the new 2 strokes,,
man that 300 looks brilliant and a maintenance dream.

The tiddler got the new frame, hopefully the 250 and 300 follow in 2010. We should be thankful we are still seeing the 2 strokes.

I don't think we (as in people in the U.S.) are going to see that pictured WR125. I hope I am wrong and they continue to bring them in.

If the WR125 does not come here.........I will take hostages and definiteley will not get caught because the prison jumpsuits are ORANGE!

That is hilarious Joe.

Yeah I know it's(WR125) not coming as of now, but like ScottyR said we should start a petition, and get a group order going.

I'll sign a petition, but as bad as I want an '09 WR125..... this isn't going to be the year for me to buy one. :(

I was going to give Norm and Joe crap for liking kids bikes but the more I think about a 125 in that frame, the handling will be insane  Fun factor in the stupid zone.

With the right powerband those 125's will be rockets. This model is said to be good.

AjaxAuto over on TT is winning AMA D-37 desert events on his WR 125. That really impressed me, considering last year he was competing on an 07 TE 510 in those same events. At 6'3", I'm considering one just for the fun factor alone.

ajax rides a CR125 not a WR125. Minor point, but they are different. Both are great bikes, Husky 125's rock!

I saw the TXC somewhere. It isn't in here.

All I could think of when I rode the TXC250!

Put an electric start on it...have it weigh a "REAL" 220 pounds...and stuff a freshly revamped motor in the new frame and I will be all over it!

I think the problem with the 250/300 not getting in the new frame is the right side drive. The 125 is a left side drive like the 4T's.

Something's got to give, so maybe there will be a new motor in the new frame for 2010.

man props to you 125 riders,,,,,for me they are practically unridable,,,I am too big and slow to react,,, the hardest 125 i ever rode was a pro set up TM,,, my stepson has an RM with a steahly 10 it is at least reasonable. The HVA looks brilliant,,,they must have had a bunch of the older chassis laying around,,,should done all the 2s in the new chassis.

I would have agreed with you all day long until i rode a Husky 125.As i have posted many times before the last time i rode or owned a 2 stroke it was 1975 yes 1975 .Then i got a hand made C&J Honda 500 then ATK 560 and ATK 604 .Then the Yamaha 400,426 450 .Then a Husky 510 but then 8 months ago i rode my sons CR 125 and i will never go back.I won my first expert class race on the 125 and have won some open class races also on the 125.Riding the bike anywhere on just about any course from enduros to open desert it works great .I feel like i am cheating so if you get a chance try one brfore you go 4 stroke again
