  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

125-200cc Wr250 Radiator guards

Should fit fine don't think anythin changed bodywork or rad wise for 10 years!

Personally I'd buy some proper brace type guards those r jus guards n won't do much to prevent twisting crushing. Get sum with front &/or rear cross bracing

Shawry look at dem pics, the thing has rear brace and bolts up to frame.
Rads reasonably protected.
Does look like the right hand rear bracket is bent down but should be good.

Thanks for the input guys. Im trying to decide between the used $50 dollar guards or the heavy duty 7602 racing guards in red with the optional front protectors. Maybe Santa will bring me a set of the 7602 Racing guards???? Really just need puncture protection from branches tho.

Yeah it has one bit of flat bracin ya right but force, Unabiker, 7602, bpd all hav(I think) at least 2 tube type braces(top n bottom n middle sumtimes too) behind rad. Strong AF!

The Unabiker are guards and braces in 1, very nice product. Amazon had some when I was shopping. Mine were listed for TE, but fit both my WRs.

Went with the ebay guards. Install was a breeze. Seem to be pretty strong. Only thing here in South jersey is small scrub pines no rocks. Was surprised how beat up the fins were from branches straightened as many as i could. Thanks for the input guys

I see TE guards listed on their wesite but they also say in the TE guard description that they have redesigned the new guards to be slimmer.
I need some for my WR125 and my buddy would like some for his TXC250- and we have the same rads on our bikes so I assumed the guards would be the same as well.
I am hoping the Unabiker ones will work because they seem nice for the $ and get good reviews for durability

Hope this post doesn't break any rules.. I sold both my 2007 Husqvarna WR250 (previously also had WR125 and TE250) and have available

Brand new set of "Old Fat Guy Radiator Braces" (in silver).. I paid $99.95 thinking $75.00 inc free ship to USA..

Also brand new set of "7602 Radiator Braces inc Front Radiator Guards" (all silver).. I paid $94.95 + $34.95 = $129.90 thinking $100.00 inc free ship to USA..

Let me know if you are interested and I will post a proper 'item for sale'.. Cheers

If they fit an 09 wr125 I would like the 7602 set.....and as far as I can tell the 2010 txc250 uses same rads and guards as my WR does.....and my buddy would like the other set.
Put together a price for me ahipped to Niagara Falls NY....I have a PO box there and frequently drive down to get stuff
