  • Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Is there any big bore / longer stroke kit for WR 125 2011?

What carb, exhaust and head works if there is some kit.

In the upper righthand corner of the screen is some information. Right next to your forum name should be the word "inbox". If you click on that, you should get to your message queue by clicking on the drop down "PM/conversations" prompt at the bottom of the drop down, where it says "start a new conversation".

I have not heard of any stroke lengthening for this engine class.

There were a couple of years the bikes came with a 144 kit, I guess in a box. cylinder, piston and power valves maybe something else. I bought a new take off set from someone who installed the parts. Likely someone else (other than the guy who sold me the new take off stuff) stayed at 124 or 125cc and still has the unused parts.

Wallybean makes a stroker for the 125 that turns out to be a 177.
 
I apparently have not been following his threads too closely. He created a powervalve governor tuning kit but did not want to deal with selling it and is available from Halls or was.

@Wallybean Hi Wallybean. Was trying to message you but it won’t allow me to in regards to bore kits to suit a 2005 Husk CR 125. Was told you might be able to help. Thanks Anthony
