• Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Just heard Tiger Lacy is in ICU. Not sure what happened but think it was yesterday at Washougal. WTF is going on.
 
damn 450s are to fast to heavy & way to $$$$$$$ i think they outta be banned faster lap times and more money doesn't make better racing 4 THE FANS IMHO I BET THERE NOT 10 SECONDS DIFFERENCE IN THE TIMES look at how close the 250Fs and 450Fs are now it was nice to develop the technology but save it till we have to use it like when the EPA says dirt bike exhaust is killin sea snails or some other stupid shit i wont have a 4T EFI or DI till i have NO CHOICE AND CANT GET THE PARTS TO KEEP MY CARBURETED 2t RUNNING there rant over

RE: super cross track design - once or twice a year they build a track that's a race track instead of a rhythm jump track. I enjoy watching the racing on those, but I'm an old guy. I prefer watching the skill in riders constructing 2 dimensional race lines over riders racing in the third dimension by timing jumps on a pump track. (endurox is unfortunately also becoming a jumping event)
 
Heard the too. He caught something over in Kuwait I heard. Having spent a lot of time in Kuwait, I can say there's a multitude of virus' over there.

1) CR22 is on a KX ... Didn't work out for him the last time he was on one ...
2) Ivan Tedesco is riding for Millsaps
