• 4 Stroke Husqvarna Motorcycles Made In Italy - About 1989 to 2014
    TE = 4st Enduro & TC = 4st Cross

  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Would the four stroke huskys be a "good buy" right now?

What's that on the back of your Husky Motosportz?

Nomad add-on tank. Works fantastic, EZ to remove if you want.

Zactly. Was t trying to rile people up. I am a husky loyalist and want a big bore husky of some kind for duel sport. Simply curious what peoples opinions where. I guess i touched a raw nerve. Oops

the 511 is a freaking GREAT DS bike. I LOVE mine. Your more than welcome to try it. 6th could be taller. Other than that it is pretty much prefect, cool looking and unique. Get one. (then call seat concepts of you plan on long days on it.)

BTW these things are seriously well built and solid. Yes a few have had issues but most have not. By this point we were seeing a lot of crank and rod bearing failures as well as many EFI and pump issues on the older 450/510. Don't get me wrong I owned several of those and very good bikes too. My personal 511 at almost 4000 hard miles is on the stock wheel and linkage bearings, brake pads, valve adjustment (not needed), chain and sprockets seem to last forever (CTS). Has been a super solid mount and I have had a lot of really good times on this machine. Very good do it all bike IMHO.

Nice.. doesn't look like it holds too much , but I suppose that's good - I would imagine it's a little awkward having fluids splash around behind you though.. maybe not - but sweet ride nonetheless

Oh and what tires are those Moto?

Coffee, he said

"Was t trying to rile people up"

as in wasn't

People are really touchy / on edge these days. Realax / hug your kids and wife / ride more.
Thank you yes. WASNT trying to rile people up . Guess i cant see the font on my iphone anymore. Had huskys for 25 plus years. Probably always will

when i got my 300 recently there was some red heads there...im mean stupid low prices for bomb-proof bikes with bitchen parts on them. seriously. whats not to like? i live hand to mouth and can barely afford to ride and man if i made 50$ more a week ida rolled out Tri-County Powersports with two shiny new huskys one for hard enduro and one for EXACTLY how Kelly uses his. there's never been a better time to buy an insanely good bike kids that looks just too awesome for words. i totally resisted the new x motor and am a fool doign so..tjhey rock! i keep tellin ya they aint lasting forever snooze ya loose and i remind everyone i see that comments on my right hand driver- this ones mine! ya shuolda been there!

Thats gonna be my next buy from you guys. Thats just the coolest dang thing. Theres no such thing as a collapsible 1 gallon gas tank made by anyone right? I scoured internet and some people use an 8 oz container that holds gas that is collapsible. Problem is I flatly refuse to give those people my hard eafned $$$

My tboughts exactly. I already have a wr300. and I have fj1200 which i like...but Love dirt/duel sporting. Nows the prime time to sell a street bike so I was churning round and round what to do- lol

I love my TE449 as a dual sport and in supermoto trim. The prices right now with $2500 rebates is nuts! If i had money for a 3rd Husky itd already be in my garage.

Its funny how the mags, people who know nothing about the bikes, and BMW haters all HATE this bike and those of us that have them almost all LOVE them. Part of what I like about husky is the uniqueness and this bike has it in spades and is IMHO cool looking. Win / win / win I get a unique bike that works great and, been super solid and I love.

I have ridden with countless KTM and Bergs and don't feel like I am out machined at all...
