Well, I got over a year on my repaired left radiator. About three rides ago, I began to smell that maple syrup smell that I dread so much, so after the last ride I was doing maintenance and decided to quit being in denial and check out the source of the smell. I expected it to be coming from the repaired left radiator, but no....the right radiator had a crack in it and was puffing a little jet of green right into the lower frame mount from that first inside row.
So off to the dealer I went and ordered up a new Alexon radiator. Glad that it isn't too expensive, but I sure wish that my cooling system would quit cracking up. Some people with TE's never seem to have their radiators fail and some seem to have reoccurring problems. I seem to have fallen into that latter category.
