  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Where do we put the Nuda

I sat on one a couple days back ... I'm about as pure as a Husqvarna dirt bike rider as one can be; with that in mind, and the fact I'm ~not really a street bike rider of any brand, except maybe a Husqvarna brand, it was not too big feeling and I did pick the bike off the kickstand and balanced it between my legs without help .... I still had the same feeling that I have with about all streeters, meaning I do not wanna drop this thing and scratch it and have to pick it back up ..

This Nuda was in a warehouse... This one probably should be on the roads and judging by their advertisement, the owners want it out on the road also.

I would love to own a Nuda, but finding parts for my 610 is hard enough and they rarely come up for sale and theyre still quite expensive. The previous owner of my 610 had traded it in for a Nuda, it was still in the showroom waiting to be picked up.

I'm just saying come buy it ...If you want it...

No $ down ..5 yrs to pay ... They are begging someone to take it ...

I go back to the city in a couple months ... I'll check on it again and verify what the deal is again ...

--

I'll go this far ... You buy it and I will ride it ... The roads really suck here for a bike like that, but I will risk a ride on it ... Not saying I will top it out, but I will loop this island on it ... The gasoline (Euro 4?) will be provided ...

Does the place you advertised have a website? Couldn't find any information.

The Importers... Located right behind J Mall and Norkis, the importer who brought in the yamahas 2t bikes around here in the early 90s(?)...
