• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Where can I get the cool Pro Grip gear?

fletchman45

Husqvarna
Pro Class
Does anyone know where I can get the progrip gear and not pay a million $$$. I do not like the other offerings and it is sad that it has to be so difficult for loyal husky riders to be cool looking while supporting their brand!! Thanks for any help!

It is really strange husky does not bring a huge line of this stuff in to sell the PROMOTE that brand. Seems like a huge laps in marketing.

Seems husky should be contracting and flooding husky dealers with cool reasonably prices apparel. I mean really is there a better way to SELL stuff and advertise? We brought in some of the Sinisalo gear but it was expensive and hard to do. As far as i know there has NEVER been good husky gear EZ available at the husky dealers. Just makes no sense to me.

I don't know why they don't just have THOR make some team stuff, just like Kawasaki and KTM contract them to do theirs.:excuseme:

NO DOUBT!!! Us hardcore Husky riders deserve resonably priced gear!!! The lack of gear available is just one of the many reasons that their are all those pumkinhead riders!! The progrip gear looks awesome and says Yes I'm fast. I will try to look in the parts catalog. Anyone else know anything?? Thanks

What size waist are you - I have a pair of blue pro grip husky in pants really good condition that I may part with - they are size 36 but run a tad bit small PM me if interested

I know a guy......who has a friend in Italy......whos brother is dating a girl........who is a houskeeper for Antoine Meo........and the guy in italys brother........ owes his brother some money.....and the guy here owes me a favor......and says the housekeeper girl can snag some out of Meos closet. Aside from that far fetched plan.......GOOD LUCK!
Seriously, The small amount sent to US and UK was woefully expensive and from some I saw very poorly made at even moose thor or fox standards.

I have gotten a couple of pieces in from Italy. It is nice, but the pricing is nothing short of gross.

I talked to raymond at Halls, and yes it is in the hard parts catalog. Around 200 for the pants and 85 for the race jersey. I said OK I will pay that if I can get it (I love Husqvarna, so a little cheese with the vasoline, please but I would pay it anyways!) He said he had to make a phone call and would get back to me Yawn>>>>>!>@>#>##>>#># We will see! Do any of you guys know of any dealer that has this stuff??? I where q 34 inch pant and since euro stuff runs small aextra large jersey. Contacted place in Austrailia and they said they can only sell over there and I should contact my dealer. I will keep posted on what I find out. Can anyone help??

have you tried huskysport overseas yet? they had it in stock when i bought it last year
