  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

250-500cc What yer plastics fit my bike?

My first post after some searching to no avail. I'm getting conflicting info on what year plastics will fit my bike. I'd like some more input if anyone on here has purchased some mix and match plastics. I have a 1993 WXE 360. I need a new rear fender and my headlight is missing so I'm just going to put on a number plate and go with a WR/WXC fender. Will all 1993-1999 plastics fit? Any other years/models?

I love the site. I've found a couple cool modification for this sweet 360 engine than I plan in implement as I rebuild this bike! Thanks

You could probably use any year husky headlight mask as most just strap on to the forks. Right now I'm using a 2002 headlight mask on my 88 Husky 125, works and looks good. The rear fender from a lot of years would work too but you might need to trim, customize if you go too new. I think for shroud plastic you have to stay pretty close to your year, rear side number plates are good til 98. Great bike. Have a blast.

the plastic is common from 92 to 95
the 97 to 99 rear side panels will work but the fit is odd
you can buy an aftermarket rear fender and fronts are universal
hope that helps
here's a link for the rear fender
http://motoplasticsus.com/ 2643-01 is the oem color of white
got this from ridereno on this site saw it in person and it looks good

Thanks, but I went to that link and couldn't find a plastics for the 92-99's. Am I missing it somewhere? I see TC/TE....is that a universal fit for WXE, WXC and WR's?
