2012 TXC250, working on the rear suspension.
Pulled the swingarm to check the bearing, cleaned everything up and ready to reassembled...
Really didn't pay to much attention to what came out of where...pretty simple setup.
Now when I slide it back in place things are really loose side to side, way too much gap.
All the parts are reassembled like the parts breakdown, but the only parts that I can't find on any breakdown are the center case puck spacers. I thought they could only go in one way...recessed area towards the center, slide right over the case inserts...
Again late night, bad picture, and really sort of pissed at myself...
Any advice would be appreciated.
I'm going to bed and will check in the am at how much of a dumd a** I am...
Wow, haven't been this far off track in a while...had these things on and off a dozen times, dont understand at all...seems like way to much gap to make up with 90 ftlbs and frame flex.
Thanks,
