• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Wanted-TE630 spkt

auto

Husqvarna
AA Class
I looking for a 45t rear spkt for my 630.Right now I'm running 15/48 and would like to relax 6th gear a bit.Would try a well used one just to see if still am happy with 1st gear. These spkts would fit any 2000 and up husky, don't have to be 630 specific.

I have found good new and used units on Ebay at good prices and quality. I think what you will find is a choice of 42, 44 or 46. I have not seen any 45's.

I accidentally bought a 45t Renthal gold rear sprocket for my 08 SM610s. I was going to put it on ebay or something.

I think the shipping from England would be a bit much, but thanks

Since new went to a 14 on the front with stock 42. At 8,000 miles this weekend, put on a new 14 front, Chain and went to a 44 rear = 3.14. Got all the bits from Halls. Assume the rear is a rather non standard, as Rocky Mountain ATV, does not even list the 630 for shopping, but has parts for my 510 and 511. You can pull up your parts list at halls on line and get the specific part number for the rears. Do 630 sprockets fit other bikes, ie are there generics?

Stock I believe was 15/42 = 2.8

your 15/45 of course will put you right in at 3:1, I have hears some say avoid a direct number such as 3, but don't think it makes a difffernenc in regard to chain wear.
