• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Twin Arrow Exhaust by Husqvarna

The Arrow's are cooler (in both looks and temps) than the stock exhaust because they don't have any cats. I'm disappointed in the prices on the exhaust systems for our bikes, as I really like the look of the Arrows (I'm partial to the dual mufflers), but may end up going with the full LV system. Just not this year.....

I removed the cats today from my stock exhaust. Those cans still get really hot. I'm going to have to go aftermarket I think.

Dang, I should have bought one before I posted...There were 10 when I put this post up, 5 when I checked back, now there are 4, I couldn't let all you guys get them before I got one!

two of my friends decided the deal was too good to pass up. Thats how it got to 4 left.

PR111. can you post some photos of your system?

LOL!!! I've had it on my watch list for a while, just waiting to buy. Now you all caught wind so I had to pull the trigger. Only 2 left****************************************

BTW, does this system require cutting the stock headers, or do they sperate there by design?

I'm eager to hear what you guys are getting. Single can, with midpipe adapter? Single can, with hacksaw and clamps? Two cans?

That question was answered by pr111 above.

Manufacturer Part #: 045384 should be this:

If you're on the fence about this deal, Amazon's price is $649.99**************************************** This is a GREAT deal.

It does look nice. How well does the heat shield work? Someone had FMF prototype one up a while back and said the heat shield was non-functional. It still got hot enough to melt things.

That's a bummer. Oh well, at least I'll get my break in miles out of the way without temptation staring me in the face!
