• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

I am happy with our team this year. Shorty at his home track at the MXdN!!! Awesome. That place is gonna come unglued. I can't wait.

I don't know what Stewart was crying about in his letter. What did he expect? He hasn't raced outdoors in almost 2 years and he thought he would be a shoe in for a spot on the team:excuseme: If you want to race for your country in the Motocross des Nations, don't sign with a supercross only team!

Got my ticket, I was on the fence at Glen Helen last year cheering for Dungey and I swear he looked over at me and gave me a little nod... pretty cool even if it was my imagination. Really looking forward to this race. We are hitting Sargents for some riding on the drive up.

Canard, Dungey and Shorty.... Team 'I'd like to thank the man upstairs'.

Solid team. I'll be there in September rooting them on

Short should have a good time 4 sure and RD might just win it all ... He was stepped up things since last year and I'd bet he wants to win a moto or two there ;0)

TC is young and should let it all hang out ... watch out for the speed he is gonna show on that 250

The MX des Nations is for MX racers not for reality TV stars. Could you imagine how embarassing and undignified showing the MX des nations on Bubba's world would be? Big James is mad, Sorby would be cruising chicks, it would be awful.

js7 is out of the picture now ... After it was rumored he was gonna race with the PR team, he has now announced he is not going to even finish the outdoors last 3 races ...

Just finished reading this myself. I was one of the biggest Stewart fans a few years ago. Now I can't really call myself a fan of his anymore. Glad Decoster didn't pick him for the MXdN team. Come sx season I won't be cheering for him. He is awesome to watch ride and is probably the most exciting and creative rider on the track but I just can't root for him anymore.

The lost letter was just another example of the lost mentality of the Stewart Camp.

It was so poorly written that I think they pulled it and replaced it with a corporate written letter. Look under the August Archives 2010.

I think the first one was written under the wrong mental attitude; sore loser....

I can't stand to watch the TV show, my son thinks it's cool...but I think he's seeing the light.

Hard work got James where he is and hard work is what it's going to take to return...No spring chicken!
