OK people, bear with me on this one please - it may be a Newbie question, or something that nobody else is bothered about.
I've just ordered a new TE310R
Being (very) old fashioned (OK, just old will do), I do want a rev counter on the bike.
Not a problem, thanks to Trail Tech.
The issue is - I cannot find anywhere on the net the maximum engine speed for these bikes - or at least the maximum power engine speed. The nearest I could find was a dyno graph on the Akrapovic site from a 2009/10 bike. Now, this is probably near enough for me, but I'd like a more definitive figure for my engine.
Has anyone got any "official" paperwork that states the max revs??
Husqvarna UK won't tell me: quote from the e-mail
it is company policy not to publish this sensitive data as regards engine performances
I will probably never reach these sort of revs - in the 2 years with my CRF250, I've not come within 1000 rpm of max, but I like to know. I'm a bit anal like that.
Can anyone help me with this???
Thanks
Mike
