• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Super fun ride this weeekend...

Did almost 70 miles of epic single track this weekend with two good friends. Found about 30 plus miles of epic single track right under our noses in an area we ride often. Awesome find. Not a lot of good trail pix as i was having to much fun riding them. In this area the 125 has more than enough power. was lugging it around like a 250 all day. A great day for sure.

"Sigh....I just have to envy you from my rock littered dust bowl down here."
yep me 3,
Motosportz, did you get all the PV goodies for the WR???

I saw 5 Huskys (DD being one) and even one RXV Ape for the day at our local riding fix zone, I think there was more Italian than Austrian there, the Japanese still posted the largest contingent with most DRZ400 DS bikes I have ever seen in one showing, thanks to SDAR folks.
Back to the WR candy, hope she has all the latest mod stuff, Norms report looks very good.
friggan 08 CR125s are going out the door here for the low 3000s, amazing.

Man, I think my 510 would be a riot on those trails. That's like Interstate Highway compared to what's around here, and no "quad holes".

Really it is pretty tight single track it's just that in those areas it does not make for good pix. I like smaller bikes here. 1-3 gear with a lot of 2nd gear.
