  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

What's the best source for a spare 19" rear wheel? Is OEM the only readily-available choice?

Anyone have a spare 19" rear wheel around that they want to sell?!!

The 2000 CR125 I just bought has a WARP9 wheel and hub set up on it. might want to call them.19" too.

If you find a deal on a older 4 stroke wheel like 2005 to 2009 could be more years that wheel will work if you have a shop machine off some of the mounting surface where the sprocket goes as the 2 stroke is thinner then the 4 stroke wheel will work on the 2 stroke BUT will now not work on the 4 stroke

I have a 1 brand new 19" rim and spokes from converting a 2012 TC 250 to a 18" and I have a used one as well. You would just need a hub and some lacing time.

Give Hall's a call. They have hooked me up more than a few times with wheel assemblies for very reasonable prices.

4 stroke and 125 rims are the same. 250-300 2 stokes are different.

They will interchange as i have a cut down 4 stroke hub that I switch back and force from my 125 to my 300 wheel might be a little wider on the 300 but it does not matter to me I have no problem racing with either wheel on the bike But once again I am always the odd one on here as my bike always seem to work no matter what I do to them
