    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know a website where I could order new vinyls for my 630? Specifically the ones around the top of the tank? Mine faded from red to orange so I took them off, would kind of like to have a new set in case I want to put something back on it though.

I've had good luck with these guys for graphics on my Husaberg, but you may have to contact them directly regarding Husky graphics. Didn't see them listed on their website.

They'll print some up with whatever you want on them.

Only place I've seen ACTUAL 630 graphics (that fit) come from.

I'm sure a custom shop could get you something worked up, but some of the ones that advertise having 630 graphics aren't anywhere close to the right pattern.

I appreciate both of you linking those though, it gives me something to think about.. I might end up getting something like that if I keep the bike.

Still been having trouble with the "stuttering" problem, haven't been able to tune it correctly myself.

If I can get it worked out I'll more than likely keep the bike, love it other than that one problem. But it's just such a pain to ride right now, it makes it non-enjoyable for me in its current state.
 
mine was rubbish until i went out for a huge ride on it, and took some paper, and just kept changing the jd jetting settings one by one until i found a nice group of settings.

I did find somewhere once that sold the original graphics, but cant remember where it was now, but at least they are out there.
 
Think you´ll find what you want in the official parts list. Dealers here tell me that they´re now able to order parts again.
 
I just bought all new plastics for my TE, I was concerned that since it is a limited edition bike that plastics would be impossible to get later. However my dealer could not source a clutch cover gasket, strange considering you are supposed to remove it to clean screens?
