As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!
ah i see, ill look into getting the ecu done then cheersHi Joel I traded it in because despite a full akra a tc airbox top and a pcv and time on the dyno the bike did not want to rev out in the high gears, it was way slower than my ktm 525 and it shouldn't have been. The garage I bought if from gave up the dealership and didn't want to know so I gave up and got my 310
You want to speak to some of the guys on the forum about reflashing the ecu because that's about the only thing I didn't do. There is still a couple of months waranty left on it, so don't wait too long.
Scotty
Theres a local shop near me that tunes racebikes, ill get a pcv5, exhaust and get them to tune it and sort any ecu issuesHi Joel I traded it in because despite a full akra a tc airbox top and a pcv and time on the dyno the bike did not want to rev out in the high gears, it was way slower than my ktm 525 and it shouldn't have been. Yeah iv heard it doesPCV and exhaust makes it a totally different bike.
You will be surprised.
Suffered the same fate as everyone else with excess oil in the airbox etc
Bought a kit from toxicmoto and fitted it plus cleaned airbox and filter today and all looks well! Really happy with the kit, great quality, fitment and instructions would have went for tinkens design but short on cash unfortunatly[/ATTACH] View attachment 36908 View attachment 36909
The setup i have with the toxic moto kit will resolve the oil issue yes, the breather vent is an option add on for the setup which is meant to be more beneficial in helping the torque limiter i have been told but to be honest i dont know why it is needed or what it does as i dont have much experience with this kind of setup.Hello Joel, I discovered the Toxic Motor kit (seen Zipty but no answer for France ...) Also concern rising oil ...
Toxic Motor Zipty also sells accessories including breather cap, is it really necessary or an assembly like yours is sufficient to remove the oil back into the air filter?
Toxic Motor authorizes payment and shipping euro for France, more convenient ....
I do not understand the system "the breather wind to save your torque limit" for the 511.
I love my 511 and I would like to solve this problem, other European biker surely have this problem but it seems that only the Americans are resolved the default ...![]()

In advance thank you!![]()

The kit itself the way i have it setup will work perfectly in solving the oil issue so i would recommend it for sure![]()
Ah that explains it a bit more! ThanksCheck out this thread, especially the internal engine picture posted by Tinken:

Yes we ship internationally. Email Danny@Ziptyracing.com for shipping options. Alternatively, you may order any part we sell through Jeff @ toxicmoto.
There are key differences between our breather bottle and the Toxic unit. The main differences are volume and my internal expansion chambers. This allows you to add additional oil without blow by to the air filter (up to 1300cc). Also, our drain back system flows to the shifter side of the engine which frees up the fill cap on the right side and the oil drain back tube no longer has to pass under the exhaust system. We do sell this drain back system separate so it may also be added to the Toxic oil system.
