So, I have a problem with my HTS exhaust power valve system, it's a 06 Husky sm125 with HGS pipe, pipercross filter, 130 main jet. So, first I noticed that the bike is not going more than 70 or 80 km/h, and it's not revving properly, at high RPM it sounds like a limiter or something.
Then I noticed this type of sound;

(it's in finnish, but my bike makes the same sound when turning the power ON) First, I thought it was normal sound, but then my mate said it should make just simple "bzzz, bzzz" sound.
Well I checked out the HTS cables, and I noticed that it was broken from the exhaust side like in the picture http://oi59.tinypic.com/fl8sk0.jpg
So any idea how to fix this? Or should I temporarily disable the whole HTS system(I mean just locking the power valve @ON position)
