• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

FULL KIT HUSQVARNA OIL RECYCLING

(Concerns of oil in my air filter ...)

http://www.cafehusky.com/threads/ztr-oil-recirculation-system.39308/ # post-377042

Its function is to remove the oil returns to the air filter and allow better cooling of the oil?

A larger volume of oil also?

The kit is complete, no missing?

Available for France?

In advance thank you!

HUSQVARNA FULL OIL RECIRCULATION KIT

(Des soucis d'huile dans mon filtre à air...)

http://www.cafehusky.com/threads/ztr-oil-recirculation-system.39308/#post-377042

Sa fonction est bien de supprimer les retours d'huile dans le filtre à air et permettre un meilleur refroidissement de l' huile?

Un plus grand volume d'huile également?

Le kit est complet, aucun manque ?

Disponible pour la France ?

D'avance merci!

Au plaisir de vous lire...

The kit is complete. You would have to ask "Tinken" here on the forum if Zip Ty Racing ships to France. The kit allows for more oil, saves your torque limiter, and runs oil thru a separator and it then drains back to one of your oil screen access fittings on the left side of your crankcase. Most guys can run 1150 cc's of oil. The system is working great for me.
Hope this helps.
Also, If zip Ty does not ship to France, I am pretty sure Toytech Husqvarna in Grantville, Pennsylvania does, as he is shipping Troy Lee helmets worldwide all the time.

Thank you for the info!

I registered on the site "Zypty" and I expect an answer ...

Quality accessory is really great.

If "Tinken" has info it is with pleasure is what makes the kit?

I also take the info of the site "Toytech Husqvarna" thank you, I'll see with my dealer, may be easier to buy between professionals ...

There is a leaflet to explain the operation and connections?

I translate pages with software, it is longer and more difficult for me to understand how, especially the effect on the "torque limiter" ...

No comment on the French forums for returns of oil in the air box, fortunately there Café Husky . :applause:

Sorry for my English, bad student at school ...:p

To keep up with my dealer for installation!

Made this week: MAP Akrapovic full plug and lambda probe ...

Here, the kit was installed by my dealer.

He realized this arrangement, original breather than Zipty.

Looking good!

Why did the dealer install the breather hoses using the original vent and the ZipTy Breather? The ZipTy vent was intended to replace the original breather so that the hot gases do not flow through there, causing damage to the Torque Limiter.

I do not know, probably best to do it.

Difficult for me to explain the function and development of the breather Zipty.

Connects the current is dangerous?

Seem to operate the piston to rise and fall, the breather safely avoids overpressure in the engine?

I do not understand where the gasses go back to the top ...

I translated the information and instructions to explain ...

The ZipTy breather vents the gases through the top through the timing chain passage. This is why they include a plug for the OEM crank vent.
