    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Selle Dalla Valle Seats?

The cool Husky Factory Race Bikes have Selle Dalla Valle seats, does anyone have a source? It's time for a new seat cover and I'd like "Euro Cool"! SDL website isn't much help.

The Selle seats are really only wholesale. That's why they won't answer a public email.

I went to their factory last year in Vicenza (Italy) and even though Gianluca Dalla Valle was very polite he basically told me he wasn't interested in "specials". They sell their products to KTM (and a few other companies) but that's it.

Also no web site. Seems they do not deal with the public and are a small shop. Maybe call Halls or one of the Italy or UK shops?

I'm bumping this because I'm trying to get another seat or cover (which they sell). You can try to order them from across the pond but a 30 euro cover is 40 euro in shipping. I'm finding this very difficult to comprehend how their aren't any here in the united states. The biggest thing that blows my mind is the stock seats well at least the dozen or so I have looked at are made by them. Take your seat off. Their may or may not be a small sticker that says dalla Valle. Coukd someone help me get a seat cover for my 06rr please. Thanks and aloha
 
i had saddleman do a seat for my yamaha, turned out superb. they do stuff for everything, even stuff not in their catalog. a lot of the custom seats on stuff from roland sands, and concept bikes for the big 4 are done there. I will be having them do one for my VOR...
